Return - Refund/Exchange Policy

Return Policy

1) Return within 14 days of receiving the item(s) ordered.
2) All item(s) are exchangeable, returnable or refundable EXCEPT for innerwear, face mask and towel due to hygiene reasons.
3) Item(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the item(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
4) Customers shall bear the shipping cost for returning the item(s) to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective item(s) to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping.
5) Innerstatement Malaysia will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or item(s) handled by your preferred courier company. In person returns directly to our eCommerce warehouse will NOT be entertained/accepted.
6) Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
7) Only item(s) purchased in Malaysia can be exchanged or refund.
8) Innerstatement Malaysia reserves the right for final decision.
9) Innerstatement Malaysia reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. 10) Returns information as below:

A) Refund

➢ If the item(s) has been discounted either by promotion or discount codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the item(s) less the discount amount as indicated on the invoice.
➢ Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
➢ Innerstatement Malaysia reserves the right to deny the refund if the item(s) returned are damaged, defective/faulty and not done in accordance with our Return Policy.
➢ Step of Refund:
1) Please fill up the Refund Form here.
2) Once confirmed, we will email you a Refund Confirmation Document.
3) You may need to print the Refund Confirmation Document and put it inside your parcel before courier it back to us.
4) Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the returned item(s) in good/unworn conditions.
5) The refund process may take up to 7 working days once our team received your returned parcel.
6) The refund value will be credit to your online Store Credit. The Store Credit will be automatically spent for next purchase.


B) Exchange

➢ Exchange is ONLY applicable at Innerstatement Malaysia.
➢ Exchange policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
➢ Innerstatement Malaysia reserves the right to deny the exchange if the item(s) returned are not done in accordance with our Return Policy.
➢ Step of In-Store Exchange:
1) Please fill up the Exchange Form here.
2) Once confirmed, we will email you an Exchange Confirmation Document.
3) You may need to print the Exchange Confirmation Document and put it inside your parcel before courier it back to us.
4) Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the returned item(s) in good/unworn conditions.
5) The exchange process may take up to 7 working days once our team receives your returned parcel.
6) Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.If the item(s) that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange any other item, subject to stock availability.
7) If the price of the item(s) you wish to exchange exceed the value of the returned item(s), you shall pay for the excess; If the price of the item(s) you wish to exchange lower than then the value of the returned item(s), there shall be NO Refund given.
